How hire works
Four steps, from the first card to returns. Nothing is booked until we have confirmed it with you.
Have these ready when you send
- The production name
- Prep, shoot and return dates
- A phone number or email
- Quantities, if you need more than one

Step 1: Pull your cards
Browse by colour or by folder, or search, and add each prop to your pull list. The list stays in this browser while you work, filed in colour order.

Step 2: Send the list
Add your name, production and dates, then send it on WhatsApp or copy it into an email. The palette goes with it.

Step 3: We confirm
SetDesk Props checks the props against your dates and replies with availability and pricing.

Step 4: Collect and return
Collection and return are arranged with you once the hire is confirmed.
